Date: Sunday, March 23rd
Time: 9:00AM - 5:00PM (Tentative Times)

Enjoy living in the lap of luxury! See where the kings, queens, and noble families used to spend their summers. Begin at the enchanted Quinta da Regaleira Palace, built at the turn of the 20th century with varied artistic trends including Gothic, Manueline, and Renaissance.  Sintra Village is often described as a fairytale village. This UNESCO World Heritage Site was named after the moon goddess by the Moors, castles and palaces stun at every turn. Sintra National Palace is the best-preserved medieval royal palace in Portugal. The Portuguese ruling nobility lived here from the early 15th century through the late 19th century, thus making it the most lived-in royal palace. Notice the two massive chimneys protruding from the kitchens as these have become icons of the village.

Óbidos Village & Sanguinhal Wine Estate Day Trip
Date: Sunday, March 23rd

Time: 9:00AM - 5:00PM (Tentative Times)

Óbidos, with Roman and Moorish heritage, remains a well-preserved example of medieval architecture. Next, travel to the Sanguinhal Wine Estate, established in the twenties in the heart of the Óbidos Demarcated Region. Take a walking tour of the wine estate through the vineyards, cellars, and an ancient pressing-room with six store and wood manual winepresses.
