Dexter Laundry looks forward to your participation in the upcoming Travel Award program to Lisbon, Portugal March 20-25, 2026. Due to the popularity of this destination and your request for travel flexibility, we have developed two options for your airline arrangements. You will be asked to select your option when you complete the Dexter Laundry registration form. Note – you will need to depart on March 19th as your flight will be overnight and you will arrive in Lisbon on the 20th.

Flights will be approved by Dexter Laundry and purchased for group dates unless you choose to pre/post extend at group hotels. Difference in cost to extend will be paid by attendee and not Dexter.
Flights approved by Dexter Laundry will be non-refundable, non-transferable coach air tickets.
Your seating requests will be honored, based upon availability.
Dexter Laundry approved flight itinerary will be sent to you with your travel documents.
On the registration page, please double check the spelling of your legal name as it shows on your passport. DMI will book air based on how you register. Any changes once DMI has booked your ticket, upgrades, or costs associated with deviating from group travel dates will be at the traveler's expense.
Flight seat upgrades or extensions are non-refundable per the airlines. All payments must be received before any upgrades or extensions will be confirmed.

Allow you the flexibility of upgrading your trip using existing airline points on your preferred airline
Allow you to purchase an upgraded airfare for your flight to Portugal
Allow you to secure pre or post program extension airfare
Allow you to ensure the ability to make changes to your air after you have purchased your ticket.

Allow 1½ to 2-hour connection times between flights, if applicable, on your outbound flight
Book flights Humberto Delgado International Airport (code is LIS). Arrive in Lisbon on March 20, 2026, by 12:00pm (if possible, not mandatory). Note – you will need to depart on March 19th as your flight will be overnight and you will arrive in Lisbon on the 20th.
Depart Humberto Delgado International Airport on March 25, 2026 if not post-extending
If you would like to pre or post extend at the group hotel in Lisbon, do not purchase your air until you receive confirmation of hotel availability from Distinctive Meetings.
You are encouraged to purchase early to take advantage of less expensive airfares.
Once your flights are booked, please send a copy of your flight itineraries to eschock@distinctivemeetingsinc.com or bbrecht@distinctivemeetingsinc.com . Airport transfers will be provided if you are arriving on the group arrival date of March 20 and departing on the group departure date of March 25.
